2. How do I get upgrades?
Upgrades are released as product features are improved.
Because not all upgrades feature significant enhancements we
advise our clients to periodically check the upgrades page to
make their own decision on when to upgrade their system.
Normally upgrades are downloaded but you may also request a CD
by mail. In addition, you can also request to be place
on our Upgrades Email notification list. Please call our
customer support line for more information.
3. How do I get a password for the
upgrades? To request a password,
please fill out our password
request form. You must have a valid support contact for
this feature. You will receive your password from a support
representative within a few moments.
4. How can I integrate several regional
offices with my central office using MicroStaffer ?
With Microsoft's Terminal Server (RDP)
Technology, you can access your MicroStaffer system from anywhere

5. How do I set up the web access
in MicroStaffer so my clients and employees can access their
schedules? Setting up web access
is very easy. All you need is: 1. An internet line into your
office server. 2. Windows Server Edition installed on the server. 3. Microsoft Internet
information server (IIS) installed on the server. This comes
standard with Windows Servers 4. Install the FrontPage Extensions on the server. Comes standard with Windows
Servers. 5. Create a Web site on the server. 6. Install the
MicroStaffer Web Module on the Web site on the server.
7. Create users in MicroStaffer on the web tab.
No only will your Nurses and Facilities now have access to
limited parts of MicroStaffer but your in-house staff will
also gain PDA/Palm access to key staffing and scheduling
functions using their Web Enabled Smart Phone.
